Salted Caramel White Russians (feat. Milk & Honey)

Hey there LOJs! Hope your first full week of 2020 is going great! I’m excited to announce my collaboration with Milk & Honey! This cream liqueur is none like any other because it’s gluten free and made from the freshest ingredients. One of these ingredients includes hand crafted medjool honey straight from the sea of Galilee! (Fancy right?) Right now Milk & Honey is only available in NH, MA, and WI but I’m sure they will expand soon. Okay enough of me raving about it. This cocktail recipe is the perfect dessert cocktail and it tastes like a salted caramel cookie in a cup!

What you’ll need

  • Milk & Honey (or a cream liqueur of your choice)
  • Caramel Vodka
  • Milk
  • Caramel sauce
  • Whipped cream (for garnish)
  • Shot glass
  • Shaker
  • Sea salt (for garnish)

Steps

  • Pour one shot of Milk & Honey (Cream Liqueur) in the shaker
  • Pour one shot of Caramel Vodka in the shaker
  • Add one cup of milk (maybe more or less depending on your glass) in the shaker
  • Shake the cocktail ingredients thoroughly
  • Put the shaker to the side and squeeze some caramel sauce on the inside of the glass on all around the sides (see picture below) TIP: If you do this first thing the caramel will all fall to the bottom and you will have clump at the bottom (not fun)
  • Pour your cocktail from the shaker into the glass
  • Garnish with whipped cream, some more caramel sauce, and some sea salt
