How to Maintain Positivity this Winter

Hey and welcome back my awesome readers, and if you’re new then welcome! Hope all of your weeks were great and are ready for the winter season ahead (if you don’t live in a place with cold winters then BYE…just kidding, please keep reading for positivity tips).

So let’s so get’s started…

Mental Health Care is Key

Sometimes as humans we can have intrusive thoughts that are not the best or healthiest. Remember that this is normal and remember that you are not a bad person for thinking negatively. Make sure to assess your mental health, talk to someone and let it all out. It also helps to make sure to think as positive as you can in all aspects of your life. The light truly does shine over the darkness guys and it starts with a sturdy mental health.

Positive Manifestation

I learned this trick from my parents and a lot of people have been doing it lately. It’s all about speaking things into existence. Some examples include: don’t say “I hope I have a good week”, instead say “I will have a good week” or don’t say “I hope I pass” instead say “I passed!” You guys get the idea. This is a game changer in life, trust me.

Remember the Good in your Life

No matter how down you may feel, things could be worse. Be thankful of all the good in your life. It helps me sometimes if I feel down to make a list of all the good and positive things in my life and like 99.9% of the time all the positives outweigh the bad things.

I hope this short list helped you all out and gave you a different perspective on maintaining postivity this winter season and frankly for the whole year and your life even! Leave a comment of your favorite way of staying positive. 🙂
