Happy Sunday! I had to switch up this week’s posting day because the live show was last night. I feel like I haven’t shared my experiences in a long time so I’m super excited to be sharing all the details of last night. Guys, I had so much fun at the show. It was my second time going to their live show and the girls crush it each time. Keep reading for details on my night and on why you should listen to this podcast!

The Night

Started off the night at an up and coming Mexican restaurant in the South End of Boston named Citrus & Salt. Guys this place has the cutest decor! Definitely a lot of photo ops if you’re into that. The food was also amazing and their margaritas were to die for. I ordered the lobster tacos and a jalapeño margarita….still thinking about them now!

Then we headed off to the Wilbur Theater a couple minutes before the show started. This theater was much bigger than I had expected. Boston has so many hidden gem theaters and I’m glad I got to experience this one. The girls put on an amazing show! I was literally belly laughing for the whole 2 hours no joke. My favorite part was when they brought up an audience member and connected her phone on the big screen to live Bumble for her. Bumble is a dating app so it was hilarious!

Why You Should Listen

The podcast is created and hosted by Rayna Greenberg and Ashley Hesseltine. Rayna originally had a food blog and Ashley mainly does stand up comedy as well as the podcast. Both live in New York City.

1. It’s Hilarious

Ashley and Rayna’s dynamic is perfection. They both have very different personalities which is super fun to listen to. I have belly laughed so many times from listening to their rappor and certain jokes they come up with during the show.

2. It’s relatable

Although being entertained with humor is great, its even better when there are relatable aspects to the discussions. They do just that. They mainly talk about dating, however also discuss various topics such as career, finances, etc. You’ll definitely be thinking “OMG ME TOO” when listening to them.

3. It’s educational

Yes educational content can be entertaining as well. I feel like each time I listen to this podcast I learn something. They often get many great guests who are professionals, or have gone through many experiences in the topic they may be discussing on an episode.
