Happy Thursday my LOJ readers! Valentine’s Day is tomorrow and I’ve got a fizzy, perfect drink for the holiday. I often like to make these recipes simple, however this one is a little bit more involved so just warning you all!

Let’s get started!

What You’ll Need

• Grand Marnier Liqueur
• Tequila
• Limes
• Sea salt
• Jigger or shot glass
• Mason jar or regular glass
• Strawberries
• Prosseco
• Pestal and mortar

Steps

• First muddle the strawberries and pour into a glass
• Cut limes and rim the glass
• Pour salt on a plate and zest the lime into the salt
• Rim the glass with salt and lime zest
• Squeeze half the lime into the glass with muddled strawberries
• Pour about a half cup or cup of prosseco into the glass
• Pour half an ounce of Grand Marnier Liqueur into the glass
• Pour an ounce of tequila into the glass
• Stir the ingredients and pour into the glass
