Pumpkin Spice Martini

Hey guys! Welcome back to the blog and happy Thirsty Thursday…..(is that even a thing when you’re post grad?) really let me know your thoughts in the comments below. Anyways, I asked and you all answered “Hell yes” to a post on the pumpkin spice martinis I was drinking last Saturday. This is a cocktail recipe for my lazy people who’d rather spend more time drinking their cocktail rather than making it.

So let’s get started!

What You’ll Need

  • Bailey’s pumpkin spice (most recipes will require you to buy pumpkin liqueur AND Irish cream, however Bailey’s made it super easy for all of us and made it a two in one!)
  • Vanilla vodka
  • cinnamon
  • Nutmeg
  • Honey
  • Sugar
  • Martini glass
  • Shaker

Steps

  • First, pour vanilla vodka into a shot glass and pour into the shaker
  • pour about a cup of Bailey’s into the shaker
  • Shake it up (duh)
  • While the martini is sitting pour some honey on a plate and I like to microwave it so it’s a little runny. Then take your martini glass and cover the rim with the honey
  • Pour some cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar into a bowl and mix it up, then pour it into a plate and cover the martini glass rim in it
  • Now that your glass is ready, pour your martini in the glass
  • Add nutmeg on top for garnish and you’re all done!
Super messy rims but if you use a plate like I said you won’t have this problem
